Instruction:

Brewing in 1-3 minutes at 200F; 12oz x 2 times ( Request for more, max 4 times)
The longer brewing the more tannins come out.

Do not drink any kind of Tea if Tea Drinks were exposed to air overnight or color change to dark brown color compare to new brewing color of it's own. It's non toxic but there is no benefit and no aroma left in old tea drink.

Tannins have antioxidant properties, which have been found to lower total cholesterol, lower blood pressure and stimulate the immune system. They also have antibacterial properties that, among other things, fight tooth decay. However, Tea tannins may cause nausea, especially if consumed on an empty stomach. They may also hinder your body's ability to absorb iron from certain foods.
